Shipping & Returns

Dissident Pictures uses La Poste to deliver its items. Generally, titles in stock are delivered within 5 to 10 working days when shipped in Metropolitan France and 10 to 20 working days internationally.

Dissident Pictures cannot offer Sale or Return and Consignment terms.

Returns are accepted, only, in the case of faulty or damaged goods. 
In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, do not open the product and take a picture of the damaged package. If, you did not take a picture before opening the package, Dissident Pictures reserves the right to refuse to exchange the product.

Refunds do not include postage and handling. The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the product. We recommend that you return the product along with a tracking number. 

Dissident Pictures reserves the right to refuse, and to return parcels that arrive COD (Cash On Delivery) or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.
